We sort of had our eye on the Pacifica and we even went to the Chicago Auto Show to see..without all the sales " stuff". I say WOW because from the moment I walked into this dealership..the very UTMOST of respect and courtesy from EVERYONE. I was TOTALLY astonished. In my almost 70 years of life and many different vehicles and thus dealerships..the advertising is TRUE,, These folks listen!!!! They did everything legit and possible to win my business as the last Chrysler product I bought was in 1970!!!! My salesperson was a very vivacious and genuinely SUPER nice person..Keesa Douglas If I was still working I would hire her in a minute. The can do attitude, the creativity.the HONESTY, the candor....just SUPBERB!!! So if u visit this dealership..experience the BEST..ask for Ms Douglas!! We were going to lease but with their creativity ( Eric ) and again "can do attitude" we decided to but instead. Of all the things I have purchased..this experience is right at the top of pleasant! Oh. and I want to mention Tanita. She is the person who shows you how all the stuff works and made it ever so EASY to learn. Again a SUPER nice person. In summary these people know their product! Great experience! I went in to look at a Dart that I found looking online for my 16yr old daughter. Not knowing much about them I wanted to test drive it and just to ta I went in to look at a Dart that I found looking online for my 16yr old daughter. Mike Kass was my sales guy for the day, he was amazing at his job! He had all the right answers for my questions with out hesitation, and worked hard for the best financing options. About 4 hours later I drove out with a 2014 Dart Limited. The perfect car for my daughter. I am very pleased with it and she loves it. Bought #3 and still had an excellent experience!! On January 24th, my daughter was involved in an accident and it totaled my car. I couldn't shop right away as we were still waiting for the insurance On January 24th, my daughter was involved in an accident and it totaled my car. I couldn't shop right away as we were still waiting for the insurance company to total it. We came back from vacation, got the check and started shopping. I was under the gun to get a replacement vehicle for her asap. I placed a call to Jerome and let him know what we were looking for. Turns out that the exact vehicle we were looking for was traded in the previous Saturday (I called on Monday). We went out there, test drive it and looked it over. We put the money down on it and couldn't pick it up until Tuesday because it still needed to be inspected. Tuesday, I get a call from Jerome telling me that they checked everything out, changed the oil and ordered a new headlight housing for it as it has some moisture in it. By the time we went to the dealership, it was waiting for us. Already had the plates on it and cleaned spotless. All I needed to do was sign the paperwork and we were on our way. This is the THIRD vehicle purchased from Bettenhausen and I have yet to have anything less than a stellar experience. After they first vehicle, I said that they would have a customer for life and I'm not lying. My sister is in the market for a new vehicle and we are making plans to head out and see Jerome..
