From the Test Drive, answering the questions, deciding on My Rating was based on the Nonthreatening Car Buy Experience and no overbearing phone calls. From the Test Drive, answering the questions, deciding on a purchase, drinking coffee, signing the paperwork, delivery to financing was very painless with the assistance of Wayne Thompson. An experience that I never had before by any Car Dealer and I have brought my share of cars was when I received a call from the Branch Mgr. Tim King about "Can you come back in, we have a lower APR that we would like to offer you?", that was odd and pretty impressive. I'm enjoying the Jeep Overland as a very nice Winter Vehicle.
