Satisfied customer My expectations for new car ownership were exceeded. At first it seemed that a new car would be a little more expensive than I anticipated. Adam then took the time to go over the used car inventory. After all this, with all incentives that could be given, I returned to the option of a new car. Even though this took some time and effort, Adam was willing to go over all my options again. When I was comfortable with the deal, I chose the car that I purchased.
