We’ll for starters I first experienced driving a Dodge vehicle at Enterprise when my 15 year old car was in the shop and on its last life. Enterprise put my wife and I into a Dodge Journey. We drove this car for a week and my wife loved it. After several weeks of searching for one to buy we did not have much luck. We had failed attempts at CarMax due to a ridiculous interest rate and a strict limit at M&L Imports, so we decided to try and buy the car new. We looked up dodge dealers and Bettenhausen Dodge on 159th had great reviews, so we decided to give them a try. We started with the online application and received an email followed by a text message. We later spoke with Charles who helped us schedule an appointment. I went to the appointment by myself to see what they had to offer. From the beginning Charles Johnson was friendly, informative, patience, and he really felt like a longtime friend, rather than a salesman. The overall experience was pretty remarkable and totally exceeded my expectations. Charles was straight forward and didn’t force anything on me. He helped me decide on a vehicle and got me at the right price point to meet my desired monthly payments. He showed me how he got all his numbers, invoices and explained every item in full detail. He was very patience and did not mind repeating himself when asked too. Charles Johnson truly made a miracle happened as he was able to get me approved with credit score below 500 and an interest rate that was very reasonable. It was nothing like these insane 20 and up interest rate dealers try to charge people. I almost forgot one thing I really liked was the kiddy play area and the family atmosphere I felt. It’s a nice when you feel like you apart of a family instead of an outsider. I want to thank Charles Johnson and the Bettenhausen Dodge family for a tremendous experience. Mike Rowe took the extra time to show me all the different models due to the fact that I use a wheelchair and have special requirements. He brought each one into the service area where it was heated and took plenty of time to help me with all my needs. He was more than patient and ensured I had a chance to see all available possibilities. The negotiation process went extremely well and I feel that the price and price I received for my trade in were extremely fair. I will definitely go back there and refer my friends and family. More

What my first car buying experience should've been like I was actually about 45 minutes late and felt terrible, but it wasn't a problem at all. Everyone was so friendly and inviting, not only to the customers, but also amongst themselves. Casey and Eric were truly amazing during my sale. I will never go to any other dealership again. I had a terrible car buying experience that left me with a headache and confusion. They took the time to explain things to me, find me an opportunity for a better down payment, found financing I was comfortable with and took the headache of my previous vehicle off my hands. It was such a relief to finally have a good car buying experience and know what it should have been the first time around. I was near tears with frustration at one point and Casey was so reassuring and kind. I can't remember the name of the young woman (sorry!) that helped me with setting up my Bluetooth in my Jeep and went over the other features of the car, but she was genuinely concerned about my comfort while driving because of my height. Everyone just genuinely cares about the customer experience and wants to make sure that you're leaving with the best possible experience, it's so refreshing and not what I expected. I will definitely be a loyal, lifelong customer. If you don't really know much about the car buying experience, you can feel safe here. More
