What my first car buying experience should've been like I was actually about 45 minutes late and felt terrible, but it wasn't a problem at all. I had a terrible car buying experience that left me with a headache and confusion. They took the time to explain things to me, find me an opportunity for a better down payment, found financing I was comfortable with and took the headache of my previous vehicle off my hands. It was such a relief to finally have a good car buying experience and know what it should have been the first time around. I was near tears with frustration at one point and Casey was so reassuring and kind. I can't remember the name of the young woman (sorry!) that helped me with setting up my Bluetooth in my Jeep and went over the other features of the car, but she was genuinely concerned about my comfort while driving because of my height. Everyone just genuinely cares about the customer experience and wants to make sure that you're leaving with the best possible experience, it's so refreshing and not what I expected. Jay was extremely helpful not only with the decision making process, but the entire experience. He was very patient with me as well, I'm a bit cautious when making "large" purchases, always looking for the best deal. Never did we feel pressured to make a quick decision. We have bought a few cars now (from different dealerships), but this was by far the best experience we have had.
