I missed my appointment (scheduled at 6:30pm) and was se Yesterday (12.21.15), I visited Bettenhausen to potentially purchase a Dodge Journey - 2016. I missed my appointment (scheduled at 6:30pm) and was set-up with Charles Johnson (at 7pm), who from the door was extremely personable. That made me feel so comfortable from the beginning (which in my opinion is particularly important, when buying a new vehicle). He asked all the right questions but before I initially sat with him, he familiarized himself with my interests and apparent concerns yet promised me I could walk out the door with the vehicle that I had my sights on! The vehicle that I wanted was on the showroom floor and he thought that it was important to drive the SUV that I wanted to drive home. He took a copy of my license and sent me on my way....15 minutes later, I asked him to run the numbers. He was HONEST and GENUINE! After only an 1.5 hour (8:45pm), I was signing my paperwork for my new RED 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad! Met Jim Theisen there (great guy) let him know what we were looking for. I had no pressures of annoying phone calls about when will you be buying ect..... My husband and I found the 2015 jeep grand Cherokee we wanted. I called Jim and asked him if he could work with us at the 159th location, he said absolutely!! Jim met us over there we did our deal no haggling one price and done! A week later I returned to get my (we owe) an auto start to be put in, got there at 7:25 am and was in/out and dropped off at work by the shuttle service before 8:00am. Was told I would get a call when my truck was done by 10:15.. I can't thank Jim Theisen and Bettenhausen enough for my incredible experience!! More

2016 RAM Longhorn Had been eyeballing a RAM Laramie for quite some time, decided to stop in on a Saturday met with Tom P. test drove it and the negotiating began. Nothi Had been eyeballing a RAM Laramie for quite some time, decided to stop in on a Saturday met with Tom P. test drove it and the negotiating began. Nothing happen that days as the numbers where not exactly where I needed them to be. Tom said he would work on it and get back to me about a week of back and forth went on before we agreed on terms. Now I am the happy owner of a 2016 Longhorn!! Tom did a great job, im confident he will continue to provide great service.
