In addition to fixing the tire, they cleaned my truck inside and out. Everyone from the Danny V. the service adviser to the porter who brought up my spotlessly clean truck they made the inconvenience of a flat tire on a very cold day into a pleasant experience. More

I missed my appointment (scheduled at 6:30pm) and was se Yesterday (12.21.15), I visited Bettenhausen to potentially purchase a Dodge Journey - 2016. I missed my appointment (scheduled at 6:30pm) and was set-up with Charles Johnson (at 7pm), who from the door was extremely personable. That made me feel so comfortable from the beginning (which in my opinion is particularly important, when buying a new vehicle). He asked all the right questions but before I initially sat with him, he familiarized himself with my interests and apparent concerns yet promised me I could walk out the door with the vehicle that I had my sights on! The vehicle that I wanted was on the showroom floor and he thought that it was important to drive the SUV that I wanted to drive home. He took a copy of my license and sent me on my way....15 minutes later, I asked him to run the numbers. He was HONEST and GENUINE! After only an 1.5 hour (8:45pm), I was signing my paperwork for my new RED 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad!
