Most of my experiences with car salesmen are not worth mentioning. However, this was not the case with The people at Bettenhausen. From the moment I walked into the door, until the moment I had my new jeep, I felt the service was well above the industry standard. I worked mainly with Casey Dugan. I can easily say he is the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was polite and very knowledgeable. I could tell this was genuine since he had the same attitude with my father when he came in as I was buying my vehicle. I also worked with a representative named Jerome Powell. He was also polite, and worked quickly to resolve the issues I had. Another prime example of great customer service. Lastly, when I bought my jeep, I was walked through the vehicles features by Brittany. Now, I was already familiar with most of the cars features, and consider myself fairly tech savvy. However, not only was she very polite, she made me aware of at least half a dozen features I was clueless on. So, with all that being said, you have earned a new customer.
