Great Experience! A few days ago I requested an online price from Bettenhausen for a particular Dodge Grand Caravan that was listed in their new vehicle inventory. Alec Bettenhausen e-mailed me back right away to let me know I would initially work with Amy Pattenaude. Amy gave me a price quote on two specific Grand Caravans in stock. The prices were very competitive and better than the other dealerships in the area. Amy and I then spoke over the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. She set up an appointment for me to come in and see the vehicles. The Sales Manager, David Martinez, called me to confirm the appointment and let me know they would have the vehicles ready to test drive. The vehicles were ready and waiting for us to drive. David let us drive the vehicles without him being in the car, so that we wouldn't feel overwhelmed with him being there. We drove an SXT and an RT Grand Caravan. We decided to purchase the SXT and worked with David on price, financing, trade in, etc. He was our sole contact and handled every aspect of the purchase himself, which was very refreshing than the normal car buying experience.
