I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado on Sunday 3/3 from Adam. This has been the best car purchasing experience of my life. I've bought five cars myself in the past from 4 different dealships. I must say i think Bettenhausen is my new home for car buying since i do purchase a car every 2 to 3 years and no other dealership has made me want to say this. Most purchasing experiences have a lot of stress or pressure from both the salesman and the customer, but Adam went above and beyond to ensure my experience was as hassle free as possible. Adam answered all my questions about the car I purchased and when speaking about it instead of sounding like he was reading a brochure, he sounded intelligent and educated, with an opinion. Bought a slightly used Dodge Dart from the Bettenhausen dealership in Tinley. This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. David Martinez was extremely helpful and he was not like dealership in Tinley. This was probably the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. They even let us test drive the car alone so we can have our own opinions on the car instead of being harassed the whole time.
