In difficult situations they've found the issue with my vehicle within 24 hours(when others takes weeks), found parts within 24 hours (during market crisis and auto manufacturer shut downs--when others take months to do the same); they get my clear accurate pricing to me and communicate with me at each step. Their work isn't cheap and often has a high hourly service rate; however, if you can afford it, they are worth every penny. Overall, they are honest, ethical, and also highly skilled. In my experience it can be challenging to find any of those things let alone the full package when dealing with car dealerships. Yet its critical and makes a world of difference to find the full package of these qualities. My Jeep was only supported to be in the shop for repair for only 1 day lack of communication from the Service associate Candce Kostial. The first time I picked my Jeep up I didn't make it down the street something was wrong with my Jeep the light was on, the gas cap too and it was hesitating to move, So I took my Jeep back had paid move different diagnosis that evening, but bragged about giving me loaner. I spent over $1984.57 and still couldn't give us the right diagnosis. Over the last 3 years, We have spent over $7000 with this Jeep Company on service not getting the correct answer to be treated unfairly is terrible. Then say come back later and pay 1500 for the engine mounts. I don't have faith or trust in this service department. Consultants Candace Kostial 6567 communication is horrible. More
