We love our new HRV, and continue to feel that Honda is a high-quality purchase! One item to note, the salesman promised to follow up with us regarding locating the particular HRV we wanted. When we didn't receive follow-up contact in a timely manner, we had to contact the dealership to check on the status. We understand this is a busy dealership, but felt a little lost in the shuffle. Once we contacted the dealership on the status, things happened very quickly and were able to complete the deal. When it comes time to purchase our next vehicle, we will look to Bianchi Honda for options! More

As a new parent himself, I think Lennon had a unique perspective and listened carefully to our worries and needs. He didn't just want to sell us a car - it was important to him to sell us the *right* car. When I needed follow-up service for a quick issue later, he made sure to personally check in, follow up, and ensure that it was taken care of.
