One thing that should be emphasized, is that on the bottom of the DEAL SHEET there is a disclaimer, that the MSRP may increase, as well as the quoted TRADE values. Despite being told that BOTH of my trades should have dropped the deal by $2K, my original dollar amounts were honored. Sounds like a marketing technique - I'm sure nobody lost $ in the deal. The new Hybrid Sport Touring model in Urban Grey was an excellent choice! Thanks again to TED & BRTANDON. More

Service and workers always do a great job. I was not happy with the labor they predicted for brake and rotor replacement.
