i purchased used chevy malibu 2018 from Bical Auto Mall in august 2020, I made appointment with Sales man Ali Kazmi (most unprofessional sales man and scammer) when i ask Ali to show me the car for test dr in august 2020, I made appointment with Sales man Ali Kazmi (most unprofessional sales man and scammer) when i ask Ali to show me the car for test drive, he bring me to the garage on 3rd floor where i was not able to test car properly, there was not enough room and light, he repeated many times that car is clean on car fax and when i ask him to bring the car downstairs for test, he said let’s go first we need some your info and signatures and then we will bring the car downstairs, we went to the lobby set up some documents and he show me the fake carfax report, i didn’t pay attention about vin number and details cose i never see carfax report before, i only had new cars before, So i was jot given an opportunity to inspect the vehicle prior to purches due to high pressure sales tactics and after leaving the lot, i noticed serious issues with the vehicle and prior damage that was not discussed nor showing on a car fax report,after that i contacted Kristal Auto Mall DBA Bical Auto Mall for return or exchange the car exact value or anount i got financed for this car, they refused to do it, i fixed AC problem at first couple days before i start complain to them and they fixed in 2 hours without appointment, but when i found out lots of problems for this car ask them to fix it they start talking to me very aggressively and refused to fix the problems without appointment, of course i was waiting this appointment for a long time cose they keep telling me that they don’t have time this week or following week, i made appointment with another Chevy dealership for next day (very quickly) i explained the situation about this car and they first check the carfax report and they tald me that this car was involved in car excident and if this problems comes from this damage then i have to pay from my pocket, they give me carfax copy of this vehicle and i sow moderate damages front and rear of this vehicle! carfax report Ali show me at the day i was buyng the car was fake and even when i got all the documents there was not carfax copy! so i back to Bical auto mall and try to talk to manager and he was very aggressive to me and he said he don’t care anymore, he tald me that i refused test drive outside what is not true at all, that’s what i ask Ali but they didn’t want me to test drive the car cose they knew all the problem and car history! i had very hard time to make appointment with them and finaly when i got this appointment they said they don’t have this part what car needs and i’m waitinng 1 month to fix this problems, i have 1 more month that i have warranty and then i have to pay myself thats what they try to do, so warranty they gave me i can’t use! also car had 22k milage and by the carfax report car had 8-9 services including brake change but now car has 24k milage and i change brakes cose had noise so bad and i just wander that this car was not 22k milage, it has more and milage is reduced by 22k, this is criminal and they can’t scam the buyers like that, i’m ganna pay 28,000$ for the car which is not worth it even 15,000$, i hope there is a justness in this state and they will pay one day what they are doing to people, Kristal Auto mall/Bical auto mall with service departments are scammers and criminals!!! never deal with them if you need quality cars and service!!! More
