Honest, respectful, and completely down to earth. This was...no hyperbole...the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had. Bill Hairston was the kindest, most patient, and helpful sales person I have ever encountered in any retail experience. He made phone calls to help remove a mistake on the title of my trade-in, and handled the transfer of my insurance seamlessly. I bought a used Subaru Forester with 35,000 miles for a price that a competing dealership wanted to charge me several thousand dollars more for, as well as tack on non-negotiable dealer fees of 2495.00. We walked away from that deal and went to Bical, thank God. Bill was never pushy, answered all of my silly questions, and was never condescending. Oh...and no hidden, or upfront for that matter, unreasonable dealer fees. Additionally, the F and I Manager, Wrenroy Smith, never tried to pull any of the tricks that people warn you about. He was professional, warm, and talked WITH me, not AT me. Everyone made the process simple, and I left feeling like I was treated like a human being. I was given what I believe was a fair price for my 2004 Jeep Liberty, and Mr. Hairston even tried to remove a sticker that I needed from the old car with a razor blade...a complete gentleman. If you live in Brooklyn, or anywhere for that matter, go to this dealership. It's on Flatbush Ave. past Kings Plaza next to what was once Toys R Us. Its's easily accessible and all of the cars are right there on the lot for you to see...no driving to another location to look at one car. The atmosphere is calm so you can actually think about this big decision that you are making. I'm sure that many of the sales people are equally good, but ask for Bill Hairston. He has been with the company for 22 years, and it is obvious why. This is where I will buy all my cars in the future. More
