When I had the problem, I called the dealership and asked to speak with the owner several times. They took my phone number, and never returned my calls. I even called Cadillac who couldn't care less about my problems. I spoke to Kenny and told him to take this car back, and get me into a new Cadillac or Buick, but that also never happened. It cost me $3,000.00 to pay off the lease, and return the car early because it wasn't safe to drive. I have only bought american cars all my life. Corvette, Trans-Am, 3 Cadillac's, 4 Chevy Astro Vans, and several Buicks. As I told your dealership and Cadillac support, I will never own another GM product. Just picked up my 2013 LEXUS GS350 for less money then my Cadillac lease and the car is great, much better then the Cadillac.
