Jeff Dial, brought car in for service of screen. Approximately 1 month ago, he said they had to order a replacement. I haven't heard anything back. My Name Is Donald Haley, I'm A Cadillac Driver Since 1978. I Wouldn't drive nothing else. The First time I went to Big Star was to get a Oil Change and a few Needed Repairs. A Few weeks ago this month, I got a Letter from the Dealer asking me to come in and bring my car, because there was a big demand for my Car a XT5 2019. So I Finally I Took It in to View. Well The Viewing went well and I Walked out in a Brand New 2023 XT5, God Is Great, He Blessed Us one More time and So Did BIG STAR CADILLAC !! EXCELLENT SERVICE More
