Angelika was phenomenal! My husband set up an appointment with her and she was prepared and ready to make a sale! She was honest and told us exactly what she had in stock, did not take us in circles, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the Cadillac sport. She was patient, kind, and understood our wants, and needs. We traded in our vehicle and without hesitation asked if we would like a rental until the Escalade we purchased was perfect and ready. She made sure to ask us about any incentive we had to put towards the sale (i.e military, teacher). She never rushed us, even though it was later in the evening when we met, but she also did not keep the appointment lingering. She was very thorough throughout the entire process.
