I recently took my 2015 Chevrolet Impala V6 in to have the spark plugs replaced. I wanted the work done by a certified GM mechanic and my experience over the past two years with Big Star Cadillac has been the spark plugs replaced. I wanted the work done by a certified GM mechanic and my experience over the past two years with Big Star Cadillac has been outstanding. I continue to be very pleased with the work done on my two vehicles and will continue using their Service Dept.
