I purchased a 2021 Cadillac Escalade from George. He was great, on the other hand our service experience has been terrible. It took about a month, but finally somebody came to my house to pick it up and take it to the shop to get it worked on. My vehicle sat for 1 week without being touched, Yall apologized and said that when somebody Is available to work on it y’all would call us. Now I’ve had the vehicle for over 3 months, and y’all have yet to work on the things that need working on. I payed top dollar for a vehicle therefor I expected top dollar customer service, so far that has not been the case. More
