I bought a nice used car from this dealership. No with that said, my buying experience was a joke. I traded in my Mercedes for a Jeep. I was cleaning out the old car and left everything in my center console. I messaged Brently G. many times to see if my property was still on the vehicle and when can i pick it up. I got no response. I finally heard from this young man. As I cleaned out the console, I checked the sunglass holder for my Ray-Bans. They were already stolen along with my nice Mercedes benz pen. Once you buy a car, the sales person forgets you exist. He got his commission. It's all about a pay check. Thanks Big Star. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! More

I purchased a used car from this dealership in October. We signed the papers and paid cash for the vehicle. They didn’t deliver the vehicle on time claiming they were working on their famous 121 point insp We signed the papers and paid cash for the vehicle. They didn’t deliver the vehicle on time claiming they were working on their famous 121 point inspection. When i got the vehicle immediately the low tore pressure sensor went off. The tire had 3 nails in it. Now less than 90 days later the check engine light is on and the scanner plug under the dash is bent and loose. Which if the vehicle was properly inspected it would have been caught and fixed. I would not trust this dealership and WOULD NEVER buy another car from them. We have called the sales man with no response. More
