This was not a service visit. Why it shows up is not correct. This was a buying experience and James was up for the task He and the finance person, can't remember his name, were 5 star rated. It was the sales manager that brought the house of cards down. He along with the other Hyundai dealerships we visited are what made and makes my opening statement a reality.
