I bought a 2018 ford fusion and on the way home the tire pressure light came on. I filled with air so no big deal. The next day my daughter pointed out that the seatbelt on the drivers side rear was detache pressure light came on. I filled with air so no big deal. The next day my daughter pointed out that the seatbelt on the drivers side rear was detached from the car. That took 2 weeks to get fixed. The first visit to fix my daughter waited in the dealership for 4 hours only to be told that they didn’t have the right part and that we could take it to ford and be reimbursed. I didn’t trust that so we waited another week and it was fixed at big star Hyundai. Now we have a check engine light on, I had a code tan for it and it points to a spark plug. I called and spoke to Arnuldo and he said we have had the car for a month so there’s nothing he can do. Not impressed with this dealership. More

Sean was great, straightforward and to the point. Didn’t give us the normal salesman runaround. Big Star however doesn’t really seem to care if you buy a vehicle from them or not. They made the deal right and overall I was satisfied with the service. My only complaint is, I was grateful they were willing to deliver the car to me but I waited hours after being told they were on the the service. My only complaint is, I was grateful they were willing to deliver the car to me but I waited hours after being told they were on the way to the sales guy stopping and taking an hour lunch in a car I just bought. I even mentioned I’d bring him somewhere but was waiting on him to arrive so I could do my other things planned for that day. I know this as the dealership added theft protection and I was able to track the car. Other than that I would recommend this dealership. I was able to haggle and get a fair deal. More
