My car was scratched. I let my service person know the day I purchased vehicle.. My paperwork was messed up. I have given him plenty of opportunity to contact me as far as a date to repair my vehicle and have not been contacted. I live far away and have been dealing with a mother with a stroke, and do not have all day to call and chase a salesman. More
