I bought a car and Big Star Hyundai added in a after market service plan even after I asked them to remove it. I returned the two business days latter after I was reviewing my paper work and fond that i market service plan even after I asked them to remove it. I returned the two business days latter after I was reviewing my paper work and fond that it was indeed added. I asked if it could be removed and was told no. I asked to speck with the manager. Was told no and he would get in touch with me. They did not. I have reached out by phone and email and they still will not get back with me. I did not want the after market service addons and would not have bought the car if I was aware they were being added. More
