Completed most of the work. Had my car all day and did not run the diagnostic test they said they were going to do. Wanted to keep car over night and did not have a loaner car s Had my car all day and did not run the diagnostic test they said they were going to do. Wanted to keep car over night and did not have a loaner car so I could not leave it. Upon repairing my trunk they gouged it. Of course if I call them on it they will deny it. Also left the trunk area they repaired greasy. The scratched trunk really irritates me. More
