Buying a car is a terrible experience! !! Salespeople do not listen to the customer; they keep pushing for more add-ons to drive up the price. We visited at least three other Hyundai deal !! We visited at least three other Hyundai dealerships and as expected we received the xxxxty treatment. We came to Big Star because we bought our current vehicle, a brand new 2012 Veracruz, from here when it was Carter's Hyundai and we wanted a new vehicle since the Veracruz just passed 200,000 miles. At Big Star, James Teng listen to us and want we wanted. He initially arrived at a number that was higher than what we wanted but in further discussions came around to a number we both agreed on. His manager on the other hand push for higher amount and arrived at a number slightly higher than we wanted. We took it but this was not James fault. James worked well with us and I appreciate his candor and enthusiasm. More
