it was not good, I am not understanding how a new car needs the all-wheel drive flushed. I looked in the manual. No where in there does it state that needs to be completed. The price on the paper was needs the all-wheel drive flushed. I looked in the manual. No where in there does it state that needs to be completed. The price on the paper was different then the guys quoted. the first experience where it was free was way different then my second time. Also, the electric went out, so the work was not completed. No one ever called back to reschedule I had to reach back out. i tried to call the service department back and no one answered. More

We went in to look at an Outlander PHEV and was so impressed with the car, dealership and staff!! That we bought it and drove home in our new car. The entire process took under 2 hours !!!
