Had my AYC pump go out and they were so happy to replace it under my extended warranty! The entire process went fairly smooth, it was late and I wish we would have spent a little more time reviewing all the cars features, but was a very good experience. Introduced to Keith the service manger, also very cordial and polite. I’m looking forward to having positive service visits in the future. A lot of my decisions on the purchase was based on seeing a lot of positive service reviews from Biggers Mitsubishi being posted. Seemed to be great group of professionals and with a good reputation. I Did notice a couple issues with the car the next day, they are minor, and I’m sure they will be corrected in my first service visit. More
