My experience was not bad. I'm leaving this review to make sure you're getting the online advertised price versus the price they put on your contract. Upon looking for leinhold I'm leaving this review to make sure you're getting the online advertised price versus the price they put on your contract. Upon looking for leinholder information to send to my insurance company is when I discovered the vehicle purchase price was $1600 more than the online advertised price. I'm taking full responsibility for trusting my salesman and not double checking when I signed the contract. Also was told the day of purchase that I would have a full tank of gas when picking the vehicle up. Once again trusting my salesman to follow through. My daughter drove the vehicle home. I live a hour from the dealership. When I got in the vehicle that evening I realized in fact the gas tank was not full when we left the dealership. My fault again for not checking. I called my salesman the following day and left a message. Never got a return call back. I called the dealership back the day after that and spoke with the salesman. He confirmed they would honor it when I bring the vehicle in for an oil change. Just check that all things add up before signing and leaving the dealership. More

My daughter's 2023 trailblazer had a gear shift switch go out. I called and told them what was wrong and made an appointment at 9:30 the next week, left it the night before in the parking lot. Called as soon as service department opened on the day of the appointment to let them know the vehicle was there and where to find the key - all was well. Around 11, Ashely called and was less-than-kind about the car being left there. She then proceeded to be unclear about diagnostic costs, etc. They appeared to have replaced the switch and it is working now, but I will think twice before going back. I have purchased two vehicles from here and had great service in the sales department, but would not recommend the service department. More
