I came fully prepared to purchase a vehicle. I provided all required documents, made a down payment, was told I was approved for financing, given a monthly payment, and signed paperwork. Based on their confirmation, I even purchased insurance for the car. After over five hours of waiting, the salesperson Jessica returned with a manager and suddenly said that financing was not approved and that they could sell the car only for cash. At the same time, they claimed they already had another customer for the same vehicle. This is beyond unprofessional and feels like a complete bait-and-switch. I specifically asked in advance how many hard credit inquiries would be made and was told 1–2 at most. That was not true. They ran 5 hard inquiries, which caused my credit score to drop 106 points in a single day. This dealership wasted my time, misrepresented financing approval, damaged my credit, and showed zero accountability. I would strongly advise anyone considering buying here to be extremely cautious and get everything in writing before allowing them to touch your credit. More
