I spoke to him a year ago and asked him to reach out when the new 5 series arrived. True to form, he followed up a year later. The way he approached the relationship and how he and their GM Mike Alder went out of their way to make sure all my questions were answered and presented the best deal possible, really set them apart from any other dealer I have worked with.
