Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. Unlike many dealerships, Bill Utter was better stocked. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Corey was my initial contact but due to scheduling he turned us over to Micah. Vehicle was fixed faster than thought and I was kept informed. I really appreciate it. The only thing I wish would have happened that did not, I have since been notified about a recall and it would have informed. I really appreciate it. Seamless purchase transaction . Cory was great . I told him what I would like , he told me when my Bronco was on its way , and I went and picked it up ! Even with a trade in and financing , it was not ti him what I would like , he told me when my Bronco was on its way , and I went and picked it up ! Even with a trade in and financing , it was not time consuming at all . I could not be any more pleased . I had heard horror stories about other dealerships inflating the price of the Broncos but that did not happen to me . They honored the price I ordered the car for and there was no mention of that being revised in any way . More
