First of all, let me say that Alex is an outstanding asset to Bill Utter Ford. His customer service skills are second to none. I also want to say that Bill Utter usually does an exceptional job in ter asset to Bill Utter Ford. His customer service skills are second to none. I also want to say that Bill Utter usually does an exceptional job in terms of paying attention to the little things as well as the going above and beyond to take care of my vehicle as well as my wife's. I well say, however that the service department did fall a little short of my expectations this last visit (thus the four star rating). Bill Utter is the only service guys I trust to take care of my vehicle and that is why on this last visit I was a little disappointed. I was not only going to do a tire rotation on this last visit but also get my brake pads replaced as well. While this was about to take place, Alex came in and said that they could not locate the tool that takes off the security lock nut. I told Alex that it was in the glove compartment and he told me that they looked in the glove compartment as well as the middle console and could not find it. Bill Utter's service staff would have been the only ones that would have used this tool for I have not had to change a tire myself nor have anyone else do it. Unfortunately, I was unable to get my brake pads changed nor have my tires rotated that day. I ended up having to buy a whole new set that day which set me back around $50. I recently picked up a nail in my tire about a week ago and the repair would have been free but Discount Tire charged me $20 to have to break the locking nuts off my tires and put the ones I bought back on. No big deal, just wish whoever worked on my pick up would have put the tool back, it would have saved me $70 and would have provided Bill Utter with more business. More
