Complete con artists. Went to them for an oil change and got a call that I needed to pay $175 extraction fee to remove locking lug nuts because they "might" break. Would not rotate my tires without paying got a call that I needed to pay $175 extraction fee to remove locking lug nuts because they "might" break. Would not rotate my tires without paying this fee. Removed them at home with no problem in 5 minutes. Lost my trust completely! Beware!!! More

After purchasing our new truck, we returned to have some accessories installed. When we picked it up, the tailgate remote opening and closing was disabled and they had to take it back to enable it. While driving home the speedometer was reading both mph and kph, which it shouldn’t be able to do. We had to disconnect the battery to fix that. Overall the purchasing experience was good, but a lot of switches had been moved and systems messed with while in for service. We live too far from the dealership for that to be an issue for us since we won’t be going there for any service. More
