Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Complete con artists. Went to them for an oil change and got a call that I needed to pay $175 extraction fee to remove locking lug nuts because they "might" break. Would not rotate my tires without paying got a call that I needed to pay $175 extraction fee to remove locking lug nuts because they "might" break. Would not rotate my tires without paying this fee. Removed them at home with no problem in 5 minutes. Lost my trust completely! Beware!!! More

The service here have greatly improved! We brought our car there 4 years ago and we were provided subpar level of service. This time, it's a 180. After purchasing our new truck, we returned to have some accessories installed. When we picked it up, the tailgate remote opening and closing was disabled and they had to take it back to enable it. While dr accessories installed. When we picked it up, the tailgate remote opening and closing was disabled and they had to take it back to enable it. While driving home the speedometer was reading both mph and kph, which it shouldn’t be able to do. We had to disconnect the battery to fix that. Overall the purchasing experience was good, but a lot of switches had been moved and systems messed with while in for service. We live too far from the dealership for that to be an issue for us since we won’t be going there for any service. More
