Ford Escape Adam is awesome! He is very knowledgeable of the inventory. He only showed me the vehicle and price range I wanted. I wasn’t going to buy that day but Adam is awesome! Frustrating, Dissatisfied I took my truck to the shop to have it checked because the truck doesn't feel like it is shifting. When I get to 55-65 miles an hour sometimes the in I took my truck to the shop to have it checked because the truck doesn't feel like it is shifting. When I get to 55-65 miles an hour sometimes the indicator shows that I am still in 4th gear sometimes it shows that it goes to 5th and 6th gear but you never feel it shift. The truck sounds extremely loud. They kept my truck for a week. I had to call to get updates and was told on Thursday that the shop foreman had driven it and didn't feel like it was a transmission issue and they moved it to a different technician and I would receive a call with an update. I called Friday to get an update and no one could tell me anything. I called again Saturday morning and was told someone would call me back. Never heard from anyone so I called around 1 pm and was told that the shop foreman had driven it that day and it was the bearings and I would receive a call at some point with a quote. I had already had the truck torn apart at another shop for this issue and they thought it was a bearing also and it wasn't. I told the service manager that I wanted to pick my truck up on Saturday and I didn't want him to do any repairs. He said he would call me with my total. They closed at 3:00 and of course I never received a call. I received a call on Monday morning and I told my service contact the same thing. She apologized. I went to get the truck Monday night and after all of this when I got in the truck after they had it for a full week, the low tire pressure light was on. They didn't even bother to put air in the tires. Carrie did try to help she was very friendly and I hate to give her a bad review but the entire process was just unpleasant. More
