Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Many of those customers became lifelong friends, and the business grew from one referral to another to serve generations. I am consistently NOT given a car wash with my oil change. I have a letter from the (Past) Service Manager, spelling out specifically that I receive a free oil change for the life of my ownership and a free ca I have a letter from the (Past) Service Manager, spelling out specifically that I receive a free oil change for the life of my ownership and a free car wash with each oil change. This is due to a damaging issue that occurred to my truck on my first oil change/tire rotation. For the first 3 years, I received the free oil change and car wash. But for the past 3 visits, I have not received the car wash. There is always an excuse at pick-up but never a notification upon delivery when I verbally acknowledge the free car wash. More

Still not fixed I had work done on my F150. Back passenger door was taking water in & holding water every time it rained heavily. They fixed that problem but after pu I had work done on my F150. Back passenger door was taking water in & holding water every time it rained heavily. They fixed that problem but after putting new seals on every door now my driver side door has a big knock as it’s going up or down that sounds like it is coming off track. Also I had them look at my radio (sync 3) they said my module was going bad and that it would be 3 weeks before it would come in. Still no call or update as to when it will be in. Work done in October. It is now January 3 months later still no call or update. Will be hard pressed to get work done there again. More
