Bill Utter Jr. was 14 when he started working at Bill Utter Ford. With his new driver's license, Bill began delivering parts for the family dealership. Bill and Virginia Utter opened the doors to their new Ford dealership in 1956 in downtown Denton. It was the beginning of a family tradition of offering the best Ford products and services to North Texas families.
In the early days, they were simply concerned with making ends meet from day to day and treating each customer with courtesy and respect, as they would any friend. Great experience with Roberto I did extensive research for an F150 and found a great certified pre-owned at Bill Utter in Denton. My wife and I were coming in from out of town and I did extensive research for an F150 and found a great certified pre-owned at Bill Utter in Denton. My wife and I were coming in from out of town and bringing our two young kids with us, so salesman Roberto Barrios did as much as he could to make it a smooth process. He really went above and beyond. We communicated via text to discuss and arrive at a trade-in value sight-unseen, and scheduled an appointment time for me to come by. When I got there in person, he gave me the keys and let me take my time with the test drive and speaking with my wife about what we wanted to do. He was incredibly patient with us, and never put pressure on us. I had a great first impression with this dealership and would recommend that anyone give them chance if interested in a Ford, and ask for Roberto! More
