They originally told me that it would take three days to look at my vehicle, I dropped my vehicle off on Monday, on Wednesday I called to check to see the status and my representative told me I was fourth i look at my vehicle, I dropped my vehicle off on Monday, on Wednesday I called to check to see the status and my representative told me I was fourth in line and it hadn’t even been looked at. My service was for my middle row seat belts that my children sit in, they aren’t working properly, so I decided to take my vehicle out and take it to Sam pack in Lewisville. This time of year is always busy and I get it, but the fact that I was told three days to get it looked at and I was told wrong information when I called was a bit heartbreaking considering what I was told. When I told him that I couldn’t wait that long because it was our family vehicle, he was completely okay just giving me back my car. More
