We were stressed, overwhelmed, and did not know what to do since we did not have a down payment or the best of credit. We went to another dealership who refused to help us. We heard such great things about Blade Chevrolet so we decided to give it a shot. We called first and spoke to Jose. He was very helpful and explained the process in detail to put our minds at ease. He made an appointment for us to come in that day and speak to Kevin Sampson. Kevin was welcoming, kind, and funny. He did not make us feel pressured or rushed. He already had the vehicles we were interested in ready for us to test drive. When we decided on our vehicle (Chevy Traverse which we absolutely love), He then began the normally not so fun finance portion. He worked with the bank and gave us our options. We decided to trade in my non working vehicle and my husbands truck. They brought the price of our down payment to a reasonable amount. After all, we had to come up with it on such short notice. They put new tires on the Traverse. Upon inspection, they found a leak in the power steering pump. They were honest and offered to fix at their cost as well as provide me with a rental for a week while the part came in. Once we were able to pick up our car, we noticed a slight issue with the struts. They generously offered to fix it and again, provided me with a rental car at no charge to us. They did not have to do this since we bought the vehicle "As Is". But they did. They took accountability and corrected the issue. They even washed it both times. Our Traverse runs amazing, no issues and my family is better off now than before. Kevin was the most honest salesperson we have ever met. WeI would highly recommend Blade Chevrolet and Kevin Sampson if you are ever in a bind or just wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle. We cannot thank you enough for your generosity and compassion during our stressful and financial crisis. We truly appreciate all of your assistance and guidance. Low Pressure, Professional, Good Price Initially visited Blade Chevrolet on a Sunday when they are closed, but the lot is open from 9 - 5 and the vehicles are unlocked. I was able to check out the trucks I was interested in without distractions or interruptions. This alone was a significant factor in choosing to purchase at Blade. Several days later I called and asked for a salesperson that was particularly experienced with trucks. I was connected with Erik Adams who as notably professional and friendly. We made several trips to the dealership during which we test drove several trucks, asked Erik lots of questions, and eventually settled on a new Silverado 3500 Duramax Crewcab to carry our truck camper. The special tag price, as well as Blade's Drive Train Lifetime Warranty, was notable. Erik made the purchasing process smooth. Based on my experience I'd recommend Blade Chevrolet to anyone looking for a low-key, professional, low sales tax, dealer. More

The car was obviously detailed and serviced as it was very clean; oil and air filter and air cleaners were changed. Negative: As the vehicle was cleaned and serviced and you had the vehicle awhile, we think you should have found the numerous oil leaks; oil all over the under pan; oil smell after driving; and radio that does not work! (Or maybe you did find them.) At any rate it makes us question your honesty/integrity. (We couldn't notice the slow Oil leaks at dealers; the car had to sit here a few days!! Radio was not turned on during test drive as Driver & salesperson are conversing.) Overall, we like the vehicle and our dealings with you were professional. We just hope these two issues will be easy for us to have fixed. More
