I was not able to find much info on the 2017 3500HD with the new Duramax on the internet so I came to Blade and talked to Zane Morrison to inquire about the new model. He showed me what was available and without any pressure to order one he explained the different buying programs and I was ready to order the truck just how I wanted it. This was the second truck I ordered from Zane and Blade Chevrolet. The experience was so good that I would recommend to anyone to check with Blade for any purchase. I never felt any pressure to buy and was kept informed during the ordering process and delivery when the truck arrived. They also helped me arrange for me to have my shell transferred from the old truck to the new truck. More

Service was OK BUT I took my spark in for the free oil change and commented on a letter I received from them regarding my interior filter that stated it needed to be ch I took my spark in for the free oil change and commented on a letter I received from them regarding my interior filter that stated it needed to be changed. The lady told me that it wasn't time to change it and that it wasn't free. I told her I wanted the oil changed and that the interior light quit working. She told me that she would see about fixing the light. When I came back for the car it was ready and she said they didn't have time to check the light. The lady at the counter was polite but I felt like I was imposing on her time. I left there and drove down to Dwayne lanes Chevrolet in Arlington When the service manager came out and greeted me I told him about the light and he said he didn't have a mechanic available but that he would check to see if it was just a bulb. He told one of his mechanics to put a new bulb in it and then took my car out and washed it they went the extra mile and I walked away a satisfied customer. I will be taking my car back to Dwayne Lanes from now on. I felt like they appreciated me coming in. More

I saw one or 2 High Cubes that might work on Blades' site so I connected even though it was a bit far north for us in Lynnwood. Zane responded the next day right away, & within a couple days put together a rig & a deal that is working GREAT... and he is proving helpful in connecting me with the subs & vendors needed to do the custom upfits we have to have for our work. Lots of Sales people can talk a great talk; but Zane & Blade Chevrolet walk the walk with honestly good deals & years of experience & networking in the Trade. We'll be back... Great Customer Service I felt that the customer service was very good. I was always greeted as soon as i walked in the door and a sales person met me in the lot before i eve I felt that the customer service was very good. I was always greeted as soon as i walked in the door and a sales person met me in the lot before i even made it to the truck i was going to look at. I hadn't done quite enough research before i went to buy a truck but Dotan knew everything that i needed to know. He also saved me a lot of trouble by informing me that the truck i wanted to buy did not have the correct rear axle ratio for the towing capacity that i desired. I would have been very disappointed when it came time to tow my trailer. I felt that i was misinformed about one of the extended warranties but when i went in to change it they had no problem doing so. Overall it was a good experience and with the lifetime powertrain warranty i would recommend this dealership to a friend looking to buy a new truck. More
