Bob Ferando is always a top dealer in my book. Great service and take care of their customers. I was a tad disappointed the last time when I got my wife's MKX serviced. I thought part of your service was to give complimentary car washes. I thought the last time I took my Town Car in for service last time, you also washed my car.
