I drove a few hours to buy a truck here. Sales guy was constantly in and out talking to his manager and did not interface with me a whole lot other than when I would ask questions. The finan Sales guy was constantly in and out talking to his manager and did not interface with me a whole lot other than when I would ask questions. The finance guy was great. I asked if they would fill the truck up before I left being I had to drive a few hours home and I was told yes they would. Go to leave and it’s not filled. Sales manager wouldn’t allow more than $30 of fuel. Poor customer service as far as I am concerned. Then come to find out they were having problems paying off my traded vehicle-where I had to get involved to get it paid. This could have resulted in missed payment(s) on my credit for a truck that I didn’t even have anymore. Overall the dealership is decent but they left a bad taste in my mouth and therefore I wouldn’t recommend. More
