I has a bad experience recently. I was getting a the high mount 3rd brake light installed in my vehicle. They cut off the outer bolts on my rear visor and scratched the paint in the I was getting a the high mount 3rd brake light installed in my vehicle. They cut off the outer bolts on my rear visor and scratched the paint in the process and got greasy hand prints on my headliner. They didn't tell me they cut the bolts off as I found this myself. They were gonna let me drive off the dealership property with missing parts. Usually have good service, but this last visit was below par. More

Took our 2016 Escape in for service. Has a 2.o ecoboost. Issue was in Drive, there were several instances of no power while depressing the gas pedal. Every thing was "good", and got to love this one....in writing they stated it was the after market floor mat folding under the pedal. That's mechanic speak for " I don't have a clue. Picked up the car, and almost didn't make it back home...same issues (I removed the supposedly offending floor mat . I took care of the problem, as barely got to the hospital to visit my wife, and on my way home, stopped and purchased a new 2024 SUV...NOT a Ford. Greta disappoint with the product and service. Problem solved. More
