Mind-Comforting Trade-in/Buy experience My 2007 mini van was getting up there in miles and years. Freddy Ortega phoned me with an amazing trade-in deal I couldn't refuse. I told him my maximum monthly payments I could afford and which vehicle I was interested in. He found a nice selection to choose from and was so helpful. This was all over the phone as well! I was surprised how much I could get for my van and so excited. I had just spent a lot the previous week to get some stuff fixed and they applied $1,000 of the costs towards the trade-in. I went the next day to the dealership and met with Freddy. He set me up with Elmo Duran. Elmo was fantastic. They had the cars I was interested in ready for test driving. Elmo was so sincere and funny and nice and just put me at ease (this is only my second time buying a car). He was fantastic and so friendly. It was a long process, lots of paperwork, but it was worth it. I came in preapproved from my credit union and when I told them the APR, Honda was able to beat it! So much so that I was able to get a 5-year warranty, as well as extras. Freddy and Elmo were amazing. I can't say enough about them. This dealership is the full package.
