Amazing follow through from a great Sales Professional My wife and I purchased a 2013 VW Passat with Ethan about 3 weeks ago. It has been giving us a lot of problems regarding the DEF fluid (Diesel Exhaust My wife and I purchased a 2013 VW Passat with Ethan about 3 weeks ago. It has been giving us a lot of problems regarding the DEF fluid (Diesel Exhaust). Ethan said from the get go that he would always be there for us if anything came up with the car since it’s a used car. I never expected an actual follow through. The car broke down twice now due to the same issue. That obviously was out of Ethan’s control. What was in his control was putting us in a brand new loaner car for as long as we needed, filling up our gas tank for the inconvenience, and answer late hour emergency calls to assure us that the following morning, we were his first priority. It is an understatement saying that Ethan is the best Car Sales Professional that I have ever dealt with. I will be returning back to him whenever I need help or to buy a new car. Thank you very much Ethan for sticking to your word! More

Tepid Car Experience Bought a 2019 Mazda 3 on a Saturday almost 2 weeks ago. Took it for a test drive with salesman who was very kind. Loved the car and decided to buy. Af Bought a 2019 Mazda 3 on a Saturday almost 2 weeks ago. Took it for a test drive with salesman who was very kind. Loved the car and decided to buy. After some haggling between my husband and salespeople, we reached a fair price. However, we arrived at the dealership around 3:30 and did not leave until after 9:00. It was a ridiculously long wait between settling on the price, signing the paperwork and receiving the car. Before we got the car, we were told by salesperson that manual and second key fop were missing but they would have it for me on Monday. It was after 9:00.and dark outside when the car was actually brought around. My husband walked around the car and immediately noticed some fine scratches on it. The salesperson made a note and said he would call first thing Monday morning to set up time to bring car in that day to fix scratches. On Sunday morning, I the daylight, we looked over the car again and found more scratches and hard water spots on some of the paint, and all the windows and the rearview mirrors. We were very disappointed. Monday morning came around and no call. Called salesperson around 12:30 and got voicemail. Left message explaining new findings and asked him to call back. Did not get a call back. On Tuesday morning,, I had noticed several inspection papers that were not filled out in the glove compartment and as I was driving, the safety features kept turning on and off. This was very disturbing to me. I called and asked to speak to sales manager. I explained the scratches, water marks, missing key fob and manual no call back from salesperson and unsigned inspection papers. These are all things that should not be present on a brand new car. I told her I was unhappy with the experience and wanted to cancel the transaction. She advised me that we couldn't cancel the transaction but offered to send the salesperson to my house with a loaner car and they would take the new car back to the dealership, rectify the problems and return the car back to my house. I thought that was very nice and agreed to it. A little while later, someone dropped the car off and took the new car back. After a couple of days, I received a call from the salesperson saying the car was ready to be picked up. My husband called back and asked that the car be brought back to our house per original agreement and that it be brought back while there was still daylight. The salesperson brought it back to us. He advised us they still didn't have the manual or second key fop and it would be about a week before they'd come in. My husband looked the car over. The scratches were taken care of but afterwards we noticed there were still some hard water spots on the windows. My husband decided he will just try to take care of these himself. It's been about a week and no call about the manual or key fob yet. Overall the experience was not good but I appreciate the initiative of the sales manager to try to fix the problems with the car. More
