Looked to be older building and outdated. The only place to sit is near the service and parts area unless you were dealing with a sales person in the cubical. Overall poor service. Dealership did not carefully inspect car-didn’t notice that seller had switched the charging cord for EV from another car. Requested to charge full Dealership did not carefully inspect car-didn’t notice that seller had switched the charging cord for EV from another car. Requested to charge fully for long drive home and arrived to find it only partially charged. As I’m leaving dealership with car purchased and ask for second set of keys I’m informed that they cannot locate. On a 70k purchase this is not acceptable. Reached out to associate and ultimately manager Perez but he refused to cover the cost of a second key. More
