We recently bought a Kia Telluride and we victims are of Tied selling from the dealership. Our rate was set at 4.95% only if we were to purchase an extended warranty. We declined the extended warranty several times and after immense pressure were told that our rate would then go up to 8.95%. As we did not have the money for the extended warranty we are now locked into a rate of 8.95% with great credit only because we declined the extended warranty. More

They sold me a 2018 Land Rover that had a windshield recall on it, was obviously leaking, and it sat on their lot for 38 days. If it was only on their lot for a few days, I could understand that maybe recall on it, was obviously leaking, and it sat on their lot for 38 days. If it was only on their lot for a few days, I could understand that maybe they didnt know it had a severely leaking windshield, but it was on their lot for 38 days. They did not disclose this information to me, but fortunately the Jaguar/Land Rover dealership in Schaumburg took care of me and fixed the windshield recall free of charge. This step could have been avoided if Schaumburg Kia did their due diligence on car recalls on their used car lot. A simple run on the vin number of a car will indicate all recalls. Hard to trust moving forward. More
