This was most pleasant experience I've had at a dealership in some time. I went to a different location for a recall repair that went from bad to awful quickly. Here, I was greeted quickly, offerre dealership in some time. I went to a different location for a recall repair that went from bad to awful quickly. Here, I was greeted quickly, offerred shuttle service and told completely what other work may be needed, all with no pressure. This is now my new service provider. Well done! More

I went in for a check engine light and oil change. Found I needed a engine replacement on my 2020 kia soul with under 27,000 miles. Ok, fine. Then find out there are no loaners and I have to rent but Found I needed a engine replacement on my 2020 kia soul with under 27,000 miles. Ok, fine. Then find out there are no loaners and I have to rent but kia only covers 40 a day. What?! They say it's going to take about 2 weeks. Then it's done in a week but as I'm driving it home it dies. There is a gas leak. Someone didn't actually check to make sure my car was safe. I will 100% never come back to this location. The only bright spot is Christian Medina. More
