My time is important, for me all the waiting was too long. I think the dealership is very impressive, yet lacking as far as customer comforts. Snacks and drinks for the long waits. Not just vending machines for customers to spend money. I realize covid does interfere with some luxury, yet as a nurse, I also know there are ways to adjust. No perks, not even a key chain, a hat, NOTHING just stalling. This is with buying a 2022 new Prius. I have bought my share of cars, my husband, as a farmer has spent millions on equipment, we are not new to buying large ticket items. For both of us, this is a red flag for return business. Christopher, as a new employee did a great job keeping us informed as to the status of our car. The prius we bought is wonderful! I truly will enjoy this car for years. If ever I buy another car, I will not be waiting around, I will leave before any waiting games begin. More

He always exceeds my expectations and frankly does more than I would ever expect him to do to accommodate a smooth transition from one v auto leases.
