Chris improved this dealership by himself I have had several issues with this service department, that is why I only gave this dealership 3 stars. I was not in the market for a new vehicle but I have had several issues with this service department, that is why I only gave this dealership 3 stars. I was not in the market for a new vehicle but after speaking with Chris, I ended up buying one. Chris was honest in his approach with me. He introduced me to the ladies that see the reviews and they were spot on as well. Took me to the service center, even though I had som ill feelings but we worked through them. The sale of the vehicle had not yet been finalized but Chris took it upon himself to hash out any bad feelings with this dealership before making a deal. Very impressed that he put my feelings before making a sale. He actually made it hard to negotiate because he was spot on with pricing. Not feeling the sales manager but Chris and finance manager helping me with the sale made me feel like I didn’t get cheated. He did what he could short of not giving the vehicle away.
