We test drove NUMEROUS cars on many different occasions and never once did he start talking numbers until we were ready, nor did we feel any pressure to purchase. He also didn't ask the typical questions, "Are you trading in, Do you owe, Where do you want your payments to be?" Instead, he focused on the car we were buying before he ever started talking about our trade-in. Our needs and wants were his top priority. What a pleasant experience. Great Service! John aka Ness was a great salesman to work with. He was friendly and very patient showing us all the vehicles we were interested in. Couldn't have been easier! I showed up late on Friday of the busy Labor Day weekend sale. I was looking for an Explorer. Had one in mind and Zach did the rest.
