Excellent Service Steve Nodiff was great. Worked out most details on new F-150 and trade in over the phone. He was able to find a vehicle to match my requirements and Steve Nodiff was great. Worked out most details on new F-150 and trade in over the phone. He was able to find a vehicle to match my requirements and nice to have's at another out of town Ford dealer and acquired it. No gotchas and the final monthly payment was actually a little lower then first discussed, no last minute add on's. Best experience I have had a dealership. More

The Science of Buying a New Car I have personally purchased over a dozen new cars over the years. I have worked with many dealers in the area. There is a certain expectation you hav I have personally purchased over a dozen new cars over the years. I have worked with many dealers in the area. There is a certain expectation you have when working with a car dealer. An expectation that you will have to haggle, get angry, storm out. I was mentally prepared for the struggle when deciding to buy our new truck, but I didn't need to be. My husband and I walked into the dealer with the expectation of purchasing a car that day. We test drove a couple of trucks and we immediately knew what we needed. Like most customers, we did our research and found that this dealer had the lowest advertised price. The trucks were, on average, 10K off list. I did not, however, expect to get this discount. I fully expected a long, drawn out explanation of why we didn't qualify for that price. Not only did our salesman immediately provided the price listed on the website, he found us additional discounts, as well. This dealer, clearly has car buying down to a science. They know what they want to sell the car for and that is the price they list the car for. There is zero haggling over the price. I almost feel as if I've somehow gotten away with something because it was such a great deal and the process was incredibly simple. Our salesman, Jeff Mueller was kind and easy going. I truly enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend this deal and you should definitely ask for Jeff! More
